This is a temporary position.
As a FLEX Senior Director, Partner Campaign Reporting Strategy, you will play a pivotal role at Marriott by owning the strategy and execution of Marriott's Partner Campaign Reporting program. You will manage people and processes related to advanced analytics tools and dashboards to deliver accurate measurement and insightful reporting to Marriott's advertisers. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with business partners to design and implement analytical tools and reporting dashboards that support Marriott's advertiser-facing campaign reporting. You are a strategic thinker who consistently elevates your work.
As the lead of partner-facing reporting, you will create reporting wireframes, translate business needs into actionable plans for Marriott engineers, and support ongoing analytical and reporting needs from key advertising partners. You will leverage effective communication skills to translate complex analyses into understandable insights and develop and manage a strong Partner Campaign Reporting function and team. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem, digital marketing landscape, and emerging measurement methodologies.

The pay range for this position is $70.67 to $109.09 per hour.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Ten or more years of experience in digital media or other digital business with a strong analytical background and experience.
- Strong knowledge of media channels, marketing technology, marketing operations, audience segmentation, and customer data strategies.
- Strong understanding of measurement and analytics across digital marketing and media channels, including reporting frameworks and analytical models.
- Understanding of core measurement science concepts: experimentation and measurement frameworks (A/B testing, matched market, MMM, etc.), statistical sampling techniques and hypothesis testing, power analysis, synthetic control.
- Strong technical and analytical foundation, with experience in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics
- Proven success in leading people teams, as well as running sophisticated business processes in a fast-paced environment across multiple internal teams.
- Proven experience presenting analytical insights and answering all technical/data questions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; strong bias toward data-based decision-making with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.
- Excellent decision-making, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong conceptual skills and ability to translate theoretical concepts into analytical or research methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of and adherence to the principles of data quality management, data privacy, and modern marketing best practices
Education and Experience Preferred
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
- SQL and PySpark experience
- Familiarity with media advertising reporting
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Primary Leadership Activities
- Oversee the strategy and execution of partner-facing measurement and reporting initiatives, including defining key KPIs, designing reporting dashboards, and managing a team of Partner Campaign Reporting specialists.
- Translate campaign and performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for advertising partners.
- Partner effectively with the Sales & Partnerships team to ensure business needs around measurement and reporting are captured and reflected in standardized measurement and reporting templates.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to document and communicate capabilities, oversee and deliver customized reporting solutions, and prioritize analytics requests.
- Validate all measurement and campaign performance across Marriott's advertisers.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to design and build new analytical models, measurement pipelines, and visualization dashboards and tools.
- Leverage a data-driven approach to evaluate optimization opportunities on reporting capabilities / tools.
