Regional Manager - Multi-Store Leadership Opportunity
WCTractor is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple dealership locations, driving performance, profitability, and team development. This leadership role requires a strong background in dealership operations, team management, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to Store Managers, ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance at each location.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to support long-term business growth.
- Set clear goals and expectations for store leadership, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Store Managers to develop and execute business plans that align with company objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, including profitability, income statements, and inventory management, making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Address customer concerns when necessary and ensure a superior customer experience across all locations.
- Foster a team-oriented culture that drives success across sales, service, and parts departments.
Regional Manager Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a dealership or multi-location retail environment.
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, budgeting, and P&L oversight.
- Ability to develop and mentor teams, set clear expectations, and hold employees accountable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Experience with agriculture or construction equipment dealerships is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
