$309,400.00-472,680.00 USD
The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to the OTE, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages. Job Title: Senior Director Federal Sales - IC
Location: Herndon, VA - USA
Essential Functions will include:
- Accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments
- Highly motivated, driven & results-oriented
- Risk taking is expected and desirable
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Management of the US Intelligence Managers, including recruitment, skills development, coaching, appraisals and performance management
- Grow net new and existing business within the territory
- Lead Territory Account Managers in messaging our value proposition to customers based on validated customer-specific needs
- Build a personal network of executive relationships within key customers and partners
- Drive the business planning process within the region
- Ensure all Territory Account Managers are integrated into the process and building their own business plans
- Up to 40% flexible travel
- Report progress against business plan to VP
- Work closely with other internal functions including Inside Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support
Qualifications:
- BS technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Information Technology or Cyber Security experience preferred, but not required
- 5+ years of above quota sales experience, and at least 5 years of Sales Management experience, preferably within US Intelligence.
