If so, consider joining the Health System Policy and Innovation Unit within the Ministry of Health as a Senior Policy Analyst. This permanent position works closely with Ministry and system leaders to research, develop and deploy strategic policy that is shaping the future of health care in Saskatchewan.
As a senior policy analyst, you will have the opportunity to use a wide range of analytical and project management skills to lead, support, and guide the development of system level strategic policy to inform multi-year planning within the health system. This position requires the ability to research, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of information into workable, feasible, and innovative options for implementation within the health system. You will have strong facilitation and relationship building skills to work collaboratively with a range of internal clients and external stakeholders. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be important in preparing reports, plans and frameworks, and in working effectively with partners.
