We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Solution Delivery Manager to join our IT team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions, you will be responsible for leading teams of developers, analysts, and QA professionals to deliver technology solutions that address business challenges and create value. This role includes initiating, scoping, architecting, and implementing technical solutions while mentoring teams, managing vendors, and working closely with stakeholders and project managers.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Leading and managing teams of programmers, analysts, and QA professionals to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Architecting technical solutions to address business challenges and deliver measurable business value.
• Driving the development of project initiation documents, clearly defining scope, benefits, costs, timelines, and solution blueprints.
• Managing vendors and implementation partners to ensure accountability, cost-effectiveness, and seamless solution integration.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and project managers to align project scope with business priorities.
• Breaking down complex solution scopes into manageable workstreams and deliverables.
• Improving delivery processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and quality.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to build a strong, cohesive team.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.

You have:

• A degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 7 to 10 years of experience in IT solution delivery, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and technical solution development and integration teams.
• Experience as a solution architect with demonstrated ability to design and implement effective business solutions in complex and dynamic environments.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural best practices and artifacts.
• Extensive experience with IT governance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple business domains in the grocery retail business.
• Proven ability to identify the best solutions for complex problems, ensuring valuable outcomes.

$97,875.00 - $130,500.00
