What is the Job?
  • Defining project scope and goals related to project plans, which include process analytics and architecture, and ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Overseeing the system training, communication of and implementation of new and existing business processes, new process testing, system issue log maintenance, and specific field audit functions.
  • Proactively managing issues and mitigating risks, ensuring project quality, and leading the implementation of appropriate change management strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining system training documentation.
  • Troubleshooting routine to complex system issues.
  • Testing new or enhanced functionality in SAP and related systems.
  • Maintaining process maps specific to the business.
  • Producing routine to complex reports as requested by management.
  • May mentor to peers in area(s) of expertise.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams of all sizes, including IT and business stakeholders, providing guidance and support.
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
  • Facilitating effective communication and ensuring all team members are aligned on project objectives.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and partners, as necessary, to achieve project goals.
  • Travel requirement will vary, may be several days to a week or more depending on site and project needs. Includes, flying, driving and public means of transportation. Must have valid state driver's license.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Management Information Systems, Engineering, or experience in a related field(s) equivalent to five (5) or more years; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven project leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Significant experience in stakeholder management with a demonstrated ability to motivate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with issue and risk management including analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in organizational change management is highly desired.

Salary offered depends on experience: $80,000 - $142,000 annualized salary
