Title: Senior Network Engineer II

Description

The Senior Network Engineer functions as a Team Lead and/or Subject Matter Expert within the Consulting Services division of BlueAlly. The Senior Network Engineer II must be able to lead small to mid-size initiatives, work independently, and develop an in-depth technical and business understanding of the working environment for Clients across numerous industries and/or verticals.

Responsibilities

• Applies broad technical expertise to address business challenges
• Leads a multi-disciplinary teams focused on a complex project
• Develops and delivers briefings and presentations for clients
• Produces relevant documentation
• Manages project budgets and schedules
• Develops and presents relevant reports

Position Requirements

Education

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience
• CCIE or equivalent experience

Knowledge & Experience

• 15 years relevant experience
• Functions as a Team Lead and/or Subject Matter Expert
• Ability to act independently
• Leads small to mid-size initiatives
• In-depth technical and business understanding of the working environment
• Expert knowledge of all aspects in one or more of the following:
  • Network Engineering (required)
  • Security (required)
  • Data Center
  • Network Design/Configuration
  • Unified Communications and Collaboration
  • Virtualization
