About the Role

As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top go-to-market (GTM) talent, including sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations professionals. You will work closely with GTM leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies that attract high-performing talent in a competitive market. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a deep passion for building world-class GTM teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of sales, marketing, and customer-facing professionals.
  • Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to ensure a fair, data-driven hiring experience.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track key hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on market trends, hiring challenges, and competitive intelligence.
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and a strong employer brand.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or AI-driven company.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of GTM functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring top-tier GTM talent in competitive markets.
  • Experience implementing structured interviewing and data-driven hiring processes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
