Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in senior living, preferably in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Licensed Nursing Home or Assisted Living Administrator (or eligible to obtain within Virginia).
- Proven track record of effective leadership in a direct service organization.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google applications, email, and database systems.

- Leadership: Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders to promote the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Operations: Support the Executive Director in overseeing community management, operations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and human capital management.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the implementation of the community's strategic plan, guiding future programming, services, and infrastructure needs.
- Team Development: Lead hiring, training, and mentoring efforts, ensuring a motivated and empowered workforce.
- Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Assist in managing the budget, ensuring financial objectives are met, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Resident & Family Relations: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and transparent communication, addressing resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
