Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead IT software product delivery, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset, overseeing IT management while fostering strong client relationships.
- Manage and mentor a team of business analysts and developers, ensuring IT services align with business objectives and enhance the customer experience through innovative technology solutions.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle for independent IT initiatives as well as collaborative projects with partner companies and subsidiaries.
- 10+ years of progressive IT management experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role managing teams of 15 or more.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and enhance IT processes for operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT services with overall business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must have experience in the insurance industry
