Insight Global is looking for a regional sales manager. This person will be responsible for managing a sales team of seven people. The manager will be required to train and evaluate each team member. Their position will consist of managing their team as well as actively selling and holding their own client relationships. They will assist their team in creating pipeline and prospecting new clients. The regional sales manager will be required to spend 80% of their time traveling around India visiting clients and traveling with their team members. This position will have the sales, customer service, and marketing departments reporting to them. The regional sales manager can be based out of anywhere in India.

300K - 500K Rupees Monthly

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years' experience in sales management in the packaging industry
- CRM experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in English

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- HubSpot experience (CRM)
- Multinational sales experience
