Hybrid Schedule: Helen of Troy associates enjoy the advantages and flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for in office 3 days minimum, and remote 2 days. Any changes to this working model would be communicated accordingly.
What you will be doing:
The Ecommerce Manager is a key leader who is accountable for managing the DTC Ecommerce revenue and the overall conversion funnel of our Hydro Flask dotcom website. This role will partner with various teams including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Brand Creative, I.T., Sales, Finance, Customer Service and more to ensure our owned brand DTC website continue to meet/exceed key business goals.

In Colorado, the standard base pay range for this role is $92,321 - $122,975 annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.

- Develop and manage DTC Ecommerce website product strategy
- Develop and manage programs that drive site conversion and repeat visit
- Develop and manage site promotion and merchandising strategies
- Partner with category and digital experience teams to influence hydroflask.com website product portfolio strategy and create unique product offerings and DTC exclusives
- Partner with digital marketing for consumer acquisition, retention and loyalty strategies
- Monthly revenue, profitability & KPI forecasting/reporting
- Budget management and accountability
- Accountability to marketing/promotional calendar
- Partner with Performance Marketing, Category Marketing, Brand Strategy, Digital Experience, Data Analyst, Finance, Sales and CS to develop and drive marketing plans
- Partner with Performance Marketing to provide regular DTC Ecommerce forecasting updates to Finance and Operations, working with Sales and Ops to manage inventory needs
- Partner with Performance Marketing, Category Marketing, Brand Strategy, Digital Experience, Data Analyst, Finance, Sales and Ops to develop and drive merchandising plans and execute on marketing plans
- Provide input into the overall prioritization process for evaluating new site features and enhancements, structuring appropriate experimentation roadmap
- Partner with Product Development on the evolution and continued growth of emerging categories and products
- Partner with other members of the Digital Experience team and IT to ensure site roadmap and performance KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Partner with Growth Marketing, DTC Analyst and IT to ensure correct tracking is in place on sites for accurate revenue, conversion and goal reporting
- Management and monitoring of promo codes across brand sites
- Working in close partnership with other roles and team members across the Consumer Experience team via Helen of Troy's values and culture approaches to effectively achieve your goals and priorities. Provide expertise to influence overarching marketing strategies that will align with shared DTC goals
- Ensure DTC Ecommerce priorities, goals and values are supported within your team
- Provides indirect leadership to Digital Experience team members regarding best-in-class Ecommerce consumer experience
- Exhibit and foster best practices regarding effective time use/meeting, communication, and cross-functional teamwork
- Celebrate and recognize team members on a regular basis
- Hire, train, and mentor a full time Ecommerce coordinator and assist them in driving the business and maintaining a best-in-class DTC website
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Passion for driving eCommerce revenue with prior relevant roles
- Knowledge of digital marketing and the current marketing technology landscape is a plus
- Aptitude for analytical and data-driven thinking
- Experience indirectly managing, mentoring, and influencing team members with track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships across functional divisions within an organization to enable success.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Self-motivated with a track record showing a "can-do" attitude and a passion for your work
- Flexible and responsive to change
- Presentation, oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information, work well with others and handle a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities for DTC Ecommerce
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
