Overview
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the management of related projects, client vertical programs, and supporting contracts. The Senior Program Manager may also be responsible for concurrent management of assigned projects in addition to providing support and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Program Manager coordinates with and leads Project Managers (PMs) to ensure each individual project contributes to the overall program success. At the Program level, the Senior Program Manager is responsible for monitoring overall program progress, contractual compliance, identifying areas of underperformance and recommending modifications to improve program execution and outcomes. The Senior Program Manager works with executive, operations and financial managers to develop, implement, and refine tools and systems to increase efficiency and achieve project and program key performance indicators (KPIs). The Senior Program Manager also provides business development support under the direction and in coordination with assigned Sales Practice Area Leads to ensure strategic alignment of assigned program(s) with business capture plans to maximize opportunities and increase sales. The Senior Program Manager is expected to have experience in determining program needs through stakeholder engagement, by attending industry conferences and assisting in the development of new programs to align with market demands. The Senior Program Manager reports to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities
Program Management
- Manage client relationship
- Negotiate stakeholder requirements
- Coordinate with acquisition for planning and execution
- Monitor individual project and program economics
- Change management
- Product requirements, definition, and launch
- Client status reporting
- Track and enter ETC updates
- Responsible for project invoicing/collections
- PM Methods and Best Practices, where applicable
Production Supervision and Oversight Intra-Program
- Participate in capacity planning/labor forecasting intra-program (includes resource allocation and workload balancing between teams)
- Monitor performance of subcontracting partners including being the conduit for communication between the subcontractor, project team and client
- Data Delivery Quality Control KPI Tracking and Reporting and Sign-off
- Perform revenue forecasting at Program level
- Identify process improvement needs & implementation
- Creation of workflow and methodology standardization
- Communication of resources at Program level
Strategic Management
- Strategic support of programs & initiatives
- Position program to meet client requirements
- Client-facing in support of initiatives & targeted markets

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Active pursuit of PMP or other Project Management degree, credential or equivalent experience
- Competency in procurement, negotiation and finance
- Client Relations Experience
- 3+ years' experience in a technical environment
- 2+ years' experience in project management and leading teams
- Risk Management Experience
- Experience in process development and improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business, PM, science, or engineering program
- MBA or equivalent education/work experience
- 8+ years' experience in a technical environment
- 8+ years' experience in project management and leading teams
- Resource Planning
