Salt Lake Regional Program Manager(Program Administrator II)
Do you have experience developing, directing, and evaluating operations, programs, processes, and/or practices for quality effectiveness? Are you a strong, dedicated leader and on the lookout for a management position? Look no further! The Office of Coordinated Care & Regional Supports is looking for someone just like you to work as their Salt Lake Regional Program Manager.
Please Read Before Applying:
  • Regional Managers are required to go into the field, most often to clients' homes, unaccompanied to provide services to unpredictable and behaviorally complex youth and families. While providing services to unpredictable and behaviorally complex youth and families, potentially dangerous or unusual environmental stress situations may occur. The individual operating as the Regional Manager must be confident in their ability to tactfully navigate these complex situations.
  • Some travel throughout Salt Lake County and surrounding areas will be required for this position.
  • The candidate selected for this position will either be given access to a state-owned vehicle, or will receive mileage reimbursement for use of a personal vehicle.
  • Due to this position requiring travel via motor vehicle, candidates will be required to have a valid Driver License.
  • Continued employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a fingerprinting background check.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops, directs, and/or evaluates operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement in region
  • Represents the agency with federal, state, and local government units, private agencies, and key stakeholders in the community
  • Promotes and orients community partners and regional social service systems on High Fidelity Wraparound
  • Supervises subordinate personnel including: hiring and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions as indicated
  • Provides direct High Fidelity Wraparound Model services to families on an as needed basis
  • Ensures required data are collected and entered into appropriate data system and provide aggregated data to administrative office for analysis
  • Helps in the monitoring of agency or program budgets including revenues and expenditures
  • Identifies system barriers and coordinates and implements policy and procedure changes
  • Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, agency rules, standards and guidelines, grant guidelines, etc.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Master's Degree and/or licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent licensure OR at least 5-10 years of experience in a social services related field
  • Experience supervising subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary action
  • Knowledge of regional child- and adult-serving systems including mental health, substance abuse, education, health, child welfare, juvenile justice, employment, medical, employment, services to people with disabilities, and housing
  • Knowledge of consensus building and group facilitation process
  • Knowledge of principles, theories, and practices of business administration including accounting, human and material resource management in organizations, sales and marketing, economics, organizing systems, public relations and performance management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent licensure and/or have 10+ years of experience working in a social services related field
  • Experience managing the implementation of High Fidelity Wraparound Model and documentation associated with it

Schedule:
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday and requires flexibility in work hours depending on staff needs.
