The likely salary range for this position is $96,815 - $130,985. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

In this role, a typical day will include:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the enterprise server 2008-2019 operating systems base image ensuring consistency in baseline OS maintenance.
- Support standard change, virtual server deployments, and incident response
- Provides 3rd level technical support of MECM (SCCM) back-end infrastructure components and support processes for reporting, software updates and software install on Windows Server endpoints.
- Remediate issues related to failed patches or applications and conflicts related to patching
- Package Test and deploy new baseline applications, updates to current applications, and/or changes to the base image.
- High level troubleshooting of common applications and their interactions with the underlying operating systems
- Configure, manage and remediate issues related to Active Directory/group Policy
- Analyze day-to-day operations and write scripts to improve daily tasks.
- Pull data to develop recurring or one-time reports.
- Build MECM reporting dashboards for service lanes, and management to show results.
- Train others on how to use and create MECM SSRS reports.
- Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support automation and reporting efforts.
- Writes scripts and PowerShell programs to automate and refine processes used to support the MECM (SCCM) infrastructure systems and endpoints
- Create documentation for new procedures and manual steps to complete tasks for soft hand-offs and cross-training of support personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Expertise with PowerShell scripting required
- Experience with Windows Active Directory & Group Policy is preferred
- MECM/SSRS/Report Builder experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / MECM (Various experience inside backend of MECM) required
- Ability to multi-task to address multiple and often conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate proactive approach to problem resolution, strong troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis
- Experience managing small projects and leading initiatives with minimal direction from beginning to end.
- Basic Knowledge of VMware vCenter
- 5+ years of related experience
