Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Vice Principal to be part of the leadership team of our 1,400-student 9-12 high school. The ideal candidate will be an instructional leader focused on learning, student growth, providing our amazing students with access to challenging courses, and building a school culture of respect and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Principal in communication with students, staff, and the community, administrating the school in the areas of student safety, coursework, master schedule, personnel, district policies and regulations, budgeting, school procedures, addressing discipline, and collaborating with the administrative team.
Requirements:
NJ Principal Certificate, experience in high school or middle school operations, and NJ residency are required. Experience in a school leadership role and a Master's Degree are preferred.
