Sr. Analyst Product and Innovation ABM Connect

ABM's Products, Partnerships, and Innovation team is at the forefront of shaping the organization's future, driving initiatives that define where we aim to be within 2-3 years. We collaborate with Incubation, Operations, and Marketing to identify, pilot, and scale transformative ideas. The Sr Product Analyst for ABM Connect program will play a key role in the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and the execution of both the client-facing (Client Connect) and internal arm (Ops Connect) of our reporting platform. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for user-centric design.

We are looking for an experienced, driven leader who is excited to lead enterprise-wide innovation programs that shape what the organization will look like in 2-3 years. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of both the business and industry, as well as be expected to work with stakeholders at all points of the business including senior / executive leaders, operational P&Ls owners, functional stakeholders, and field team members.

Pay: $90,000.00 $110,000.00

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scaling Products: Scale products from early stages to commercially viable solutions, identifying market opportunities and guiding product direction to meet those needs.
  • Enterprise-Wide Project Management: Manage and execute enterprise-wide, corporate projects involving multiple workstreams and functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of program objectives.
  • Driving Innovation: Independently drive projects and pilots forward, ensuring they meet set objectives and align with strategic goals.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Apply diverse problem-solving skills to develop and implement solutions across a variety of business verticals and technology categories.
  • Big Picture and Detail-Oriented Thinking: Balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail to ensure program success.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Tailor communication effectively for different functional areas and management levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, operational P&L owners, and field teams to gather input and drive project alignment and success.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in consulting, program ownership, or product analysis, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI, data-driven decision-making, and GTM strategy development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive initiatives forward independently.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Well-tuned emotional intelligence to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Sense of Urgency: Operates with a sense of urgency and transparency.

  • Agile Processes: Experience working within agile development environments.
