Job Title: Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Job Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Job Duration: 26 weeks (with potential for longer, including temp to perm opportunity)
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Guaranteed Hours: Information not provided
Experience: Minimum of 1 year
License: Must have a physical therapy license or have it in hand within a few weeks of application

Job Description:
- Serve as an experienced pelvic-health physical therapist within a busy Women's Health clinic.
- Collaborate with OB-Gyn and Uro-Gyn specialty providers in an integrated care model.
- Provide direct patient care for female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including complex cases and pre- and post-surgical patients.
- Maintain high clinical competence and engage in extensive communication and care coordination.
- Work with a variety of patients, mostly orthopedic in nature, requiring outpatient physical therapy services.
- Collaborate effectively with physical therapy staff, local physicians, and caregivers.
- Demonstrate autonomy and willingness to undertake project development and improvement tasks.
- No weekend or on-call requirements.
- Floating between units is not required.
