About the Business Development Team

Our Business Development team focuses on expanding Walmart's e-commerce marketplaces by acquiring and supporting top sellers. Collaborating with international markets and cross-functional teams, we drive seller performance and enhance the overall seller experience. Your role will be pivotal in executing Walmart's cross-border trade e-commerce strategy.

What you'll do:
  • Drive marketplace adoption and maximize seller sales
  • Generate leads, recruit, and onboard sellers to Walmart marketplace
  • Manage your own pipeline of prospective Sellers
  • Foster collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams
  • Increase adoption of Walmart services to improve seller performance


What you'll bring:
  • Proven track record of developing and closing high-impact deals
  • Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
