Essential Job Functions:
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree in quality, food science, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, or related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience as Quality Assurance leader or Technologist in flavor, fragrance, chemical, food or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong background in quality systems management, ISO, GFSI/FSSC 22000, HACCP, food safety, auditing, GMP's, SOP's/documentation.
Strong background in varied batch and automated manufacturing systems.
Strong background in microbiology and analytical chemistry, including instrumentation.

Essential Job Functions:
- ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 (FSMS) Leader.
- Develop, implement, and manage QA policies and procedures
- Overseas QA team, providing leadership, training and support.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and testing to maintain high quality products.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive action.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams (i.e. Production, engineering, maintenance) to improve quality.
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records for regulatory compliance.
- Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for documenting food safety and quality management systems; draft, write and manage quality, food safety and sanitation procedures, work instructions - Quality and FS Documents Coordinator
- CAPA's/NCR's; investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Evaluate audit findings, and develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Lead GMP audit program
- Perform cleaning/SSOP validations
- Coordinate environmental swabbing program (micro, ATP, allergens)
- Support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Proactively work with the Quality Manager to resolve Quality/Analytical related issues effecting production processes, customer satisfaction, and process improvements
- Identify training needs and coordinate training with HR and department managers to meet quality standards
Educational Qualifications:
