Description:
We are looking for a Manager of Service Implementation to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing delivery of IPMS software Implementation Services for Memotech, Inprotech, First to File, Workflow, Docket and Connect within the North American region. As a position of technical and professional leadership, this individual will exercise independent judgment to deliver complex business and technology solutions. The individual will lead a geographically disperse professional services team, ensure delivery of high-quality integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget, and manage customer escalations.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services delivery role (or similar capacity) delivering complex software solutions
- Experience with project and portfolio management, and productivity tools such as MS-Project, Project Insight, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

- Intellectual Property domain experience such as IP Operations, Docketing, Paralegal, Patent Agent, PT/TM Administration
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across both internal teams and customer organizational structures
- Problem solver, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
What will you be doing in this role?
- Responsible for project delivery and successful outcomes. Serve as a point of escalation for customers and project teams. Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Support regional services Director, Pre-Sales and Sales team to scope, estimate, and propose implementation services to both new and existing clients
- Build cross-functional relationships with Customer Care teams, Product Management, DevOps, and Customer Success Managers, to drive customer delight and retention
- Contribute to continuous process improvements across the broader Professional Services organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Act as mentor and coach to lead and empower a professional services team to deliver high-quality services.

- Ability to travel to client sites as required
