The Role

The General Manager will lead and oversee all operational, financial, and strategic activities with a primary focus on driving growth, profitability, positive cash flow and customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for managing P&L, ensuring operational excellence, and coordinating across multiple business lines, including construction, service, sales, and warehouse operations. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational objectives and exceed customer expectations.

This leadership position demands a results-driven individual who can cultivate customer relationships, enhance market share, and build high-performing teams while ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and policies.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development
  • Lead the strategic direction for the company, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive revenue and gross margin growth across all business areas, including construction, service, and equipment sales.
  • Develop and execute market plans to increase market share, penetrate new markets, and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers to drive long-term business growth and loyalty.

Financial Management
  • Oversee P&L performance, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor invoicing, billing, and accounts receivables to support financial objectives.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Operational Excellence
  • Manage and oversee multiple business lines, ensuring seamless coordination across construction, service, sales, and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support all projects and service needs efficiently.
  • Monitor project execution and operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards are upheld.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor managers across warehouse, service, sales, and construction departments.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build high-performing teams.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, problem resolution, and quality service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing quotes/projects to ensure accuracy and profitability.

Compliance & Facility Management
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain operational standards and ensure proper warehouse management.

Qualifications
  • Work onsite, in office Monday-Friday.
  • Proven leadership experience in construction, operations, or general management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer and team relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Experience overseeing multiple operational teams and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Proficiency in operating systems and a solid understanding of product offerings and inventory management.

  • Design and deliver customer centric solutions and initiatives to foster personalized service and long-term relationships. Always working for continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Partner with finance leadership to monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure operational activities align with profitability targets.
  • Improve costs and margins while supporting organic growth and industry best practices across our multiple platforms.
  • Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for operational and financial success, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows to improve productivity and customer experiences.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, and operational risks, and assess company operations and employee productivity.
  • Inspire and lead teams, develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Represents OWL Services with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks, fosters a success-oriented, and accountable environment within OWL Services.
  • Overseeing budgets, staff, and executives and evaluating the success for the company
  • Overseeing the complete operation of the company and ensuring all goals are met based on the company's strategic plans
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the company's daily finances
  • Update and revise plans to increase the company's profitability and progress
