We are looking for an attorney who is enthusiastic about helping people when life's problems become legal problems.
We are looking for an attorney who can get right in and offer excellent representation to clients. You must demonstrate compassion and the ability to build connections with your clients. This is a job for an experienced attorney who is skilled, knowledgeable, and self-assured in handling a workload with considerable autonomy while working with an excellent legal team.
Compensation is commensurate with your collected hours and billable rate. The salary plan includes a base wage as well as production and performance bonuses. We offer medical & dental insurance and 401(k) matching. We also pay for authorized voluntary bar memberships, ongoing legal education, and bar dues.

Responsibilities
Meet or succeed key performance indicators designed for the position
Set the legal strategy based on each client's goals, the facts of the case, and applicable law to determine a proper solution
Conduct client meetings to recommend strategies on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action
Record the time and value that you delivered to clients to review what worked and what didn't and what you can improve upon in the future
Qualifications
Candidates must have passed the bar exam and be in good standing Washington State Bar Association
5 years of family law, guardianship, or dependency experience in King or Snohomish County
Desire to work a consistent in-person or hybrid schedule
Ability to attend court and meetings in person in King and Snohomish County
Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills are required in order to work with clients, staff members, and senior attorneys
