We are looking for a person of influence to lead and grow an established real estate brokerage. This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves people and wants to help them grow to the next level of success. This Leader is responsible for identifying and building relationships with talented real estate salespeople in the market to bring their business to the office for greater training, coaching, and productivity.
Responsibilities
50% Recruiting experienced Realtors
25% Mentoring, training, coaching
15% Retention and development of current agents
10% Management of office staff
Qualifications
Licensed active MI Real Estate Salesperson or Broker Required
Track record of past success in recruiting or sales
Technology (CRM, database, Google suite) and social media savvy
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Proactive and positive
Strong desire to exceed goals and develop new opportunities

- Travel required out of state to training and masterminds 5 to 6 times per year.
