Shopbop is looking for a strategic, innovative, and influencer obsessed Engagement Manager to spearhead our Influencer Engagement Marketing strategy. The role is accountable for leading the vision and execution of influencer-facing marketing programs that foster engagement, education, and content creation with influencers at scale. Will be responsible for building and implementing new marketing initiatives that will help influencers grow their business with Shopbop, including educational resources, events, and automated engagement levers such as onboarding email series, and push notifications. This position sits on the Influencer Marketing team reporting to the Head of Influencer marketing.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep knowledge of the creator and marketing landscape and works well across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an excellent oral and written communicator, who leads with data, and takes an analytical approach to program development and decision making.

Key job responsibilities

- Lead and implement influencer-facing marketing programs to developing innovative frameworks and new initiatives which include: educational resources, Discord community management, and virtual events aimed at influencer growth and retention

- Architect and implement a comprehensive influencer lifecycle strategy, leveraging marketing automation tools to create a seamless onboarding journey that scales influencer relationships from initial contact through long-term partnership. This includes developing automated workflows, email and push outreach, and personalized touch points.

- Create and manage educational content and resources that help influencers develop their skills, grow their platforms, and better understand how to leverage partnership opportunities

- Lead and execute editorial inputs into Influencer Insights tool

- Analyze program performance data and metrics to optimize existing initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions for maximum revenue impact

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
