Location: Chino
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 am - 2:00pm (Hours may vary)
Salary: $82,500 - $95,000 (Direct Hire)

Job Summary:

• Develops welding techniques, procedures, and equipment applications to assist with the fabrication of metals.

Job Duties:

• Supports and troubleshoots welding processes. Investigates and documents welding defects to determine the appropriate cause and corrective measures.
• Develops welding procedures that effectively utilize new welding technology.
• Designs welding projects, communicating specific equipment and component requirements to welders.
• Evaluates and improves workflow.

Experience and Education:

• 5+ years' experience
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses beginning to work knowledge of subject matter.
