Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Thermal Engineer to lead our thermal design initiatives and ensure optimal performance of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative thermal solutions and conducting detailed analyses to enhance product efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead thermal design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Conduct thermal simulations and analyses using FEA tools to evaluate heat transfer and fluid dynamics in product designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal management systems into overall product architecture.
• Develop and implement thermal testing methodologies to validate designs and materials under various environmental conditions.
• Create detailed documentation and reports on thermal performance, design changes, and testing results.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have obtained MS or higher in engineering or applied physics.
• 5+ years of experience in thermal design and analysis, with a strong focus on heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and FEA tools for thermal analysis.
• Experience designing thermal management systems and thermal testing.
• Experience with Python or MATLAB is a plus.
