Senior Data & AI Advisor

Keyrus is seeking a Data & AI Senior Advisor to lead the charge in leveraging advanced data architectures and AI technologies to drive transformative business solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will blend technical expertise, strategic vision, and business acumen to shape the data and AI landscape for our clients across North America. You'll play a key role in business development, working closely with sales and technical teams to drive growth, close deals, and establish Keyrus as a market leader in data-driven innovation.

Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Architecture Advisory:

• Provide strategic guidance on modernizing data architectures to align with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Advise on the adoption, governance, and integration of cloud-based data platforms, fostering collaboration between technical teams and business leaders.

• Support the development of scalable and efficient data ecosystems, integrating global expertise with North American business needs.

AI & Data Strategy Alignment:

• Drive the development and adoption of AI, ML, and data-driven strategies to enhance decision-making and business impact.

• Align AI initiatives with market trends, industry challenges, and client needs, ensuring strategic consistency across Keyrus practices.

Strategic Data Guidance & Market Positioning:

• Act as a frontline expert, engaging with customers, prospects, and internal teams to shape data strategy discussions and business positioning.

• Provide insights on strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.

Growth & Sales Enablement:

• Work alongside sales teams to identify, unlock, and accelerate business opportunities, removing roadblocks for clients.

• Provide pre-sales expertise, including project scoping, storytelling, and client needs analysis to drive deal success.

Industry & Thought Leadership:

• Educate stakeholders on emerging trends in data and AI, serving as a trusted thought leader in the industry.

• Influence executive decision-making with compelling narratives, promoting a data-driven innovation culture.

Solution & Change Management:

• Oversee the adoption of data-centric approaches, lead cross-functional collaboration, and advocate for AI literacy across organizations.

Experience & Expertise:

• 10+ years of experience in data strategy, or advisory roles within consulting, technology, or business services.

• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders, translating data & AI concepts into business value.

• Experience in pre-sales, business development, and go-to-market strategies, driving growth in data and AI services.

• Deep understanding of data governance, compliance frameworks, and AI ethics across industries.

• Strong expertise in evaluating and recommending technology partners for data and AI initiatives.

• Familiarity with modern data architectures (cloud, data lakes, data mesh) and AI applications at an enterprise level.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Snowflake), AI & ML frameworks, or Data Governance is a plus.
