The Software Engineer III will develop software solutions by analyzing business needs, consulting with users, and studying system workflows, data usage, and operational processes. The role includes problem identification, solution design, and implementation of system specifications, standards, and programming enhancements.

Years Required Experience 8+ Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) / Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments. 8+ Experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer. 8+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. 8+ Microsoft Power Platform development experience. 8+ Experience with Agile development processes and sprint planning. 8+ Experience designing and developing Canvas & Model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases. 8+ Experience in Power BI report development. 8+ Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process flows. 8+ Experience working with Dataverse tables and their applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Years Preferred Experience 3+ Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center. 3+ Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams. 3+ bility to work independently and within cross-functional teams. 3+ Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***

- Develop and enhance Power Platform applications, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate Flows, and Power BI reports.
- Work with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other backend data storage models.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate Desktop Flows and business process flows.
- Collaborate within an Agile development environment and participate in sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain applications for optimal performance.
