Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Principal to lead our 1,400-student 9-12 high school. The ideal candidate will be an instructional leader focused on learning, student growth, providing our amazing students with access to challenging courses, and building a school culture of respect and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include communication with students, staff, and community, administrating the school in the areas of student safety, coursework, master schedule, personnel, district policies and regulations, budgeting, school procedures, addressing discipline, and collaborating with the administrative team.
Requirements:
NJ Principal Certificate, at least 3 years in a Principal leadership role, and NJ residency. Experience in high school operations and a Master's Degree is preferred.
