Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive the adoption of our CLIC Advisor financial planning tool. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships with financial professionals, and demonstrating how our technology can enhance their planning strategies. You will lead sales presentations, provide product training, and act as a trusted resource to ensure an exceptional client experience.

This position requires a combination of sales expertise, financial planning knowledge, and consultative relationship management. You will work closely with advisors to tailor solutions to their needs, stay informed on industry trends, and contribute valuable insights to product development. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and report on opportunities for growth.

Essential Duties

What You'll Do:

Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Qualify leads, schedule and conduct sales presentations, and follow up with financial professionals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to exceed annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with advisors to understand their financial planning needs and demonstrate how CLIC Advisor can enhance their practice.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Serve as a trusted resource, providing guidance on the tool's functionality and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for financial professionals, ensuring a seamless experience.

Product Demonstrations & Training:
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the key benefits of CLIC Advisor.
  • Train financial professionals on how to maximize the tool's potential for their practice.
  • Stay updated on new features and industry trends to deliver insightful recommendations.

Collaboration & Market Insights:
  • Work closely with financial professionals to tailor solutions that align with their goals.
  • Gather and report client feedback to enhance product development and sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and performance metrics in Compass (CRM system).
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and emerging opportunities.

Education & Experience

The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced experience in financial planning, relationship managment and sales; preferably within the financial industry.

Certificates & Licenses

What We're Looking For:
  • Series 7 License (Required)
  • 3+ years of financial planning experience
  • CFP or FPQP preferred, but not required


Compensation: $90,000-$115,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
