Project Manager - Construction

We are looking for a highly motivated project manager to join our dynamic team. We are a Delaware-based real estate company that develops, owns, and manages industrial parks, business campuses, and retail hospitality properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. What you will be doing:

• Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects.
• Identification and management of the project and safety risks.
• Development of the scope and estimate of the project through collaboration with the various project stakeholders.
• Specification of all the relevant industry standards required for the design and construction of the facility.
• Identification and the application for all the relevant permits that will be required for the construction and commissioning of the facility.
• Embedment of a strong safety culture in the project team, contractors, and workers on site.

What you need for this position:

• 3+ years of project managment experience in related markets above
• BS in related field
