Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Develop and integrate IVR systems and conversational AI chatbots for customer service, support, and automation.
- Implement and configure IVR applications using leading IVR platforms (such as Genesys, Avaya, Twilio, etc.).
- Design and develop chatbots for various platforms (web, mobile, social media, etc.) with integrated voice and text capabilities.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Speech Recognition:
- Integrate NLP technologies to improve chatbot conversations and provide meaningful, context-aware interactions.
- Implement speech-to-text and text-to-speech functionalities to enhance voice-based interactions.
- System Integration:
- Integrate IVR/chatbot solutions with backend systems, databases, and APIs for efficient data retrieval and automation.
- Work with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to personalize customer interactions.
- Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct thorough testing of the IVR/chatbot system to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identify issues, and suggest improvements for better accuracy and user experience.
- User Experience (UX) and Design:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly interface for both voice and text interactions.
- Analyze user interactions and feedback to refine and enhance the conversational flow and system accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, voice recognition, and chatbot technologies.
- Propose and implement new features or improvements based on industry trends and user feedback.
