Job Title: Perioperative Registered Nurse
Job Specialty: Surgical Technologist - Critical Need
Job Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: Rotating Day/Evening/Night - 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (07:00 to 19:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in all areas for cardiovascular procedures
License: Required
Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA Certification
Must-Have:
- Strong proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including morning (6:00 AM to 9:30 AM) and evening (10:00 AM to 1:30 PM)
Job Description:
- Work in a high-demand surgical environment with a critical need for cardiovascular expertise
- Potential on-call duties required, approximately 5-6 times per month if requested
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic surgical team
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Maintain a focus on patient safety and quality care throughout all operative phases
