The role we offer you:
By joining our global real estate services teams, you will have the opportunity to participate and manage the human, financial and operational resources necessary to complete real estate and construction related projects around the world. Are you ready to:
Plan, design and manage the construction of real estate projects.
Identify and develop solutions to improve the energy efficiency of CAE buildings.
Coordinate the pre-construction and construction phases of new real estate development and expansion / renovation projects.
Create price and delivery proposals for real estate projects.
Support CAE's Risk Management and Health and Safety departments to ensure the achievement of common corporate objectives.
Perform cost verifications on all charges related to the installation.
Draw high-level construction drawings, if necessary.
Negotiate rental contracts and contractor's conditions.
The enthusiast we are looking for has:
University degree (engineering), preferably in building engineering or construction engineering.
Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in the building industry.
Knowledge from various sectors (civil, mechanical, electrical engineering).
Bilingualism (French and English)
Efficient time management, autonomy and good proactivity.
An ability to organize work time and work on several projects efficiently.
Good skills in project management (PMP an asset).
Client focus and excellent negotiation skills.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management within the organization.
A desire to travel (10 to 25% of the time).
