Job Overview:

We are seeking a Loftware Implementation SME to lead the setup, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise-wide labeling solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Loftware Spectrum, Nicelabel Designer, and Priysm, along with expertise in integrating labeling solutions with ERP/WMS systems and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

• Configure and maintain Loftware Spectrum, Nicelabel Designer, and Priysm for enterprise labeling solutions.
• Implement Smartflow workflows for automated labeling processes.
• Integrate Loftware tools with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for real-time label generation.
• Set up business rules and database connections to enable dynamic labeling.
• Manage label design, version control, and change request workflows to ensure consistency and traceability.
• Process Automation & Optimization:
• Automate label generation processes to reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy.
• Implement process automation strategies for streamlined label printing.
• Ensure enterprise-wide scalability of labeling solutions across multiple sites.
• Regulatory Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EU MDR) for labeling requirements.
• Adhere to barcode standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., GS1, FDA, UDI).
• Establish compliance-driven label templates aligned with global regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills:

• Database Management: Familiarity with SQL databases for label data handling.
• System Integration: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.
• Cloud-Based Solutions: Understanding of SaaS and cloud-based labeling platforms.
• Barcode Standards: Proficiency in GS1, FDA UDI, and other compliance requirements.
• Centralized Label Management: Hands-on experience with Nicelabel Control Center.
