Position Summary
Business Analyst III will work collaboratively and support cross-functional team members, providing data-driven analysis, modeling reporting, and recommendations. These responsibilities and deliverables should lead to business insights and enhance operational and customer analytics, leading to increased revenue and greater efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Develops and deploys modeling, reporting, dashboards and analysis that is accurate, complete, and drives insights into the business (which includes process improvements and new strategic ideas)
Leads the process of examining, interpreting, and presenting results of modeling, reporting and analytical projects to business partners
Play a key role in providing predictive and prescriptive analytics to the organization, leading and engaging partnership with stakeholders
Pulls down and analyzes large amounts of complex data and investigates and researches anomalies, makes recommendations on resolution around anomalies
Work cross-functionally with business partners and D&D to aggregate and analyze data and develop metrics that matter to support initiatives across the organization
Adhere to sound data-governance and forward-looking data visualization

Education/Certifications?
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Business Analytics, Economics or related field
Experience/Minimum Requirements?
Five (5)+ years' of work experience with a proven data and analytical-driven mindset and track record for analyzing moderately complex problems and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
Works on reporting, modeling and analysis of moderately complex scope and incorporates a variety of factors
Demonstrated ability to?prioritize, organize and work effectively on multiple complex requests/projects in a deadline-driven environment?
Expertise with Microsoft Excel, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate) required
Expertise with one or more coding/statistical languages and tools (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, R, Python, Excel VBA, RAW, SAS) preferred
Strong experience with ServiceNow, to include dashboard development and database view creation
Strong experience with data mining principles and tools, including knowledge of predictive analytics and mapping required
Strong experience in statistical modeling techniques: regression analysis, log-linear regression, variable selection required
