We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre Sales Support Expert with a strong background in Wealth and Asset Management, specifically within the Capital Market & Investment Banking domain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business transformation, assessing current states, defining target states, and contributing to revenue growth and margin expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage with internal stakeholders and clients, understand their business problems, and provide domain-specific solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage with internal stakeholders and clients, understand their business problems, and provide domain-specific solutions.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to transform business processes, assess current states, and define target states to achieve strategic goals.
- Contribute to the company's revenue growth and margin expansion through strategic planning and execution.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions from a domain standpoint.
- Incubate new ideas into viable business solutions, identifying and leveraging Fintechs and internal IP solutions as part of GTM offerings.
- Manage and build relationships with existing product partners, identify and assess new partners, validate their value propositions, and collaborate on GTM strategy execution.
- Oversee project planning, quality, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and analyze process gaps, recommend best practices for cost savings, and enhance delivery efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience level 10+ Years
- Extensive experience in the Capital Market & Investment Banking domain.
- Proven track record in business transformation and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of current state assessments and target state definitions.
- Ability to contribute to revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Experience in location strategy and resource planning.
- Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to incubate new ideas into business solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to identify process gaps and recommend best practices for cost savings and efficiency.
