Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Lead complex, large-scale technology initiatives with a broad impact across the company.
- Play a key role in establishing standards and best practices for developing sophisticated technology solutions within the engineering discipline.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software for various projects and programs.
- Review and analyze intricate technology solutions to align with business objectives, enterprise technology environments, and unique technical challenges, including those that require consideration of multiple factors.
- Develop and implement standard practices for engineering and technology solutions, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Influence and guide technology teams to achieve deliverables and spearhead new initiatives.
- Collaborate and consult with senior technical experts and external industry groups to address complex technical issues and accomplish organizational goals.
- Lead projects, manage teams, and provide mentorship to peers.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Skills:

- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with Kafka
- Expertise in microservices architecture

- Expertise in Springboot

- Expertise in Angular
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
