Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)

The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the coordination and development of all clinical pharmacy services in coordination with the Director of Pharmacy and the Pharmacy Operations Manager. Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: ensuring that the pharmacy providers optimal clinical services daily, acting as departmental liaison in all clinical matters, student preceptorship, intra- and interdepartmental clinical education programs, staff development and clinical competency, oversight and evaluation of the clinical pharmacy staff, and chairing meetings of the hospital Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. The clinical pharmacy manager facilitates the development, implementation and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, appropriate and cost-effective medication therapies.

Education
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
Doctor of Pharmacy degree and Clinical Pharmacy residency preferred or equivalent practice experience
Experience
8-10 years health-system experience preferred with 3-5 years in a clinical pharmacist position required
At least 3-5 years of supervisory and/or advance education/training preferred
License/Certification
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
Licensed/Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice, California.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $85.26 - $114.70 per hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
