Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our growing team at Priority. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving fintech environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.Your primary focus will be working with product, technology, and operational teams, ensuring employees are proficient in Priority's products, platforms, and processes. You will collaborate with various departments to build training initiatives that drive organizational success. If you enjoy working in an environment where priorities shift due to technological advancements and acquisitions, this role is for you!Training will be delivered in multiple formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning, for both new and existing employees.This position requires you to be in the Alpharetta office at least four days per week to facilitate in-person training, collaborate with teams, and attend meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitation (40%)
Engaging Delivery: Bring your energy and expertise to deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including classroom, virtual, and blended learning approaches, methods to ensure knowledge retention and application.
Inclusive Environment: Create inclusive and participatory learning environments that cater to diverse learner abilities and encourage active

participation. Adapt training methods to meet global training needs, ensuring that all learners can retain knowledge effectively and apply it immediately.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the changing needs and initiatives of learners, departments, and the evolving

demands of the fintech industry. Demonstrate the ability to swiftly grasp new information in order to be able to effectively teach it.
Learner Engagement: Foster an engaging learning atmosphere by using interactive techniques, real-life scenarios, and practical exercises. Encourage

active learner participation and ensure that training sessions are relevant and impactful.

Curriculum Development (40%)
Needs Assessment: Develop and conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine training requirements. Skillfully extract critical information from

stakeholders to identify necessary skills and ensure that training programs address actual needs that are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather the necessary knowledge for developing training programs. Collaborate

with stakeholders before and after training to schedule sessions, ensure learner participation, and obtain post-training reports and feedback to assess the

success of the training initiatives.
Engaging Materials: Design and create engaging training presentation decks, e-learning modules, job aids, and interactive activities that align with learning

objectives and industry best practices.
Project Management: Effectively manage all aspects of project management when creating training content, including storyboarding, content development, SME/stakeholder review, and post-training assessments. You must be able to meet deadlines without the need for micromanagement, prioritize tasks, shift priorities as needed, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Continuous Enhancement: Regularly update and enhance the curriculum based on feedback, evaluation results, and changes in the fintech landscape.

Ensure that training materials remain current and effective.
Instructional Design Support: Collaborate with the instructional design team to develop and review course materials, assisting in the creation of more complex e-learning modules and media.

Evaluation (20%)
Evaluation Framework Development: You will create comprehensive evaluation frameworks and methodologies to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs. Ensure these frameworks align with both departmental and organizational goals.
Assessment Implementation: Design and conduct various assessments, surveys, and evaluation methods to gather quantitative and qualitative data on training outcomes, knowledge retention, and skill development.
Analysis and Recommendation: Analyze evaluation results to identify trends, areas for improvement, and overall effectiveness of training programs. Based on this analysis, provide detailed reports and actionable insights.
Continuous Improvement: Use evaluation data to make informed recommendations for enhancing training content and delivery methods. Implement continuous improvement processes based on feedback and assessment results.
Progress Tracking: Collaborate with stakeholders to track and report on the progress and success of training initiatives. Ensure that evaluation metrics are

effectively communicated and utilized to drive training strategy decisions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree: You should have a bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • 5 Years of Training Experience: You need a minimum of five years of experience ideally in corporate training/adult learning.
  • Technical Skills: You must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint,Google Slides, and Canva, and will be required to gain proficiency in Easy

    Generator within your first 90 days. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is also required to effectively manage and deliver training

    programs.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of training materials and assessments are accurate before sending for peer review.
  • Adaptive Mindset: You must possess a flexible and adaptive mindset, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and new information. You should be proactive in self-teaching and researching new topics, staying at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Team Player: You must demonstrate a collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams. Build strong relationships with colleagues, SMEs, and stakeholders, effectively contributing to a supportive and cohesive work environment.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven Track Record: Have previous experience as a corporate trainer focusing on technical or products, particularly within the Fintech or Merchant Services sector.
  • Additional Technology Skills: Proficiency with eLearning platforms, LMS, and virtual training tools.
  • Professional Certification: Possess an APTD, CPTD, CPTM, or other recognized training certification, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the

    field of learning and development.


Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation range: 70,000 - $100,000
