GENERAL SUMMARY

The Administrative Director of Pharmacy and Respiratory Care reports to the Vice President of Clinical Integration/CQO. Primary job function is to develop, implement, monitor, and direct all aspects of the Pharmacy and Respiratory departments in order to fulfill all legal and professional requirements regarding the usage of drugs and respiratory services in an institutional, community pharmacy, and specialty pharmacy setting. Develops and implements departmental goals, objectives, polices and procedures in order to provide for an effective and efficient service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High School Diploma or successful completion of an equivalent High School Exam Required
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy required
Masters Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree preferred

Licensure:
Rph (OH) license required

Experience:
Approximately 5 through 7 years progressively more responsible related work experience including approximately 2 years in a supervisory capacity in order to gain full under-standing of pharmacy and respiratory services and to manage department personnel.
