Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with key stakeholders within organization to study and evaluate operational inefficiencies and uncover hidden problems to assist management in operating more efficient and effective organization.
Utilize data visualization and descriptive statistics to connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded insights for scalable and intuitive reporting.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative datasets to generate impact-driven recommendations for cross-functional partners including Product, Music, Content Programming, and Creator Partnerships.
Develop automated reporting by ensuring data quality through documentation and providing quality assurance of delivered insights.
Collaborate with both executive management and front-line employees in order to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Design and analyze product experiments and suggest a framework to communicate results.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Using SQL to query on large data sets;
Automating data reports and performing quality review;
Identifying business problems and proposing growth opportunities with data-driven insights;
Performing statistical analysis using Python and R; and
Generating data visualization and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences.
Type: Full time, 40 hours/week
Location: Culver City, CA
Salary Range: $136800 - $228000 per year
