Phillip Morris International is currently recruiting for our next Factory Logistics lead!
This position will report to the Manager of Factory Logistics and oversee and manage all aspects of internal logistics operations within the factory through the selected 3PL. This role is crucial in ensuring that materials and products are moved efficiently and safely to support production schedules and meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Annual Salary: $ 88,500- $ 118,000

Your day to day:
- Set up of all the needed activities within his/her scope to prepare the start-up of the new factory
- Works with the selected factory 3PL to plan and realize their start-up.
- Coordinate and manage the internal movement of the factory's materials, components, and finished products.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize material flow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 3PL to achieve departmental goals.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage logistics-related budgets and control costs effectively.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree- Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in factory logistics (manufacturing environment).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics.
