Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and estimating, with the ability to oversee construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
  • Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
