Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Specialty: Behavioral Health Specialty

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 6 pm

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours weekly

Experience: Minimum of 3 years

License: LCSW

Certifications: LCSW; De-escalation training preferred

Must-Have:
- Strong behavioral health and social work skills
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience handling unpredictable and emotionally intense situations

Job Description:
- Work within the Behavioral Health Unit providing support and services to patients
- Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and providers to offer comprehensive care
- Handle a patient population that may exhibit verbal and physical aggression with professionalism
- Participate in de-escalation training or be willing to obtain such training
- Maintain a professional appearance in gray scrubs or appropriate street clothes
- Ensure a supportive and safe environment for patients through effective communication and teamwork
