Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will manage a team of four communications specialists, providing strategic direction, creative guidance, and hands-on support to develop compelling content that drives awareness, lead generation, and brand loyalty.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for a team of four Communications Specialists, fostering collaboration, development, and high performance.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of product assets including data sheets, web pages, and presentation decks, and manage internal/external resources to produce product videos.
- Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that supports brand storytelling, lead generation, and buyer journey optimization.
- Write and optimize website content to maximize SEO performance, improve traffic, and enhance user experience.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to conduct research and analyze data to inform strategic campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with the sales team to generate aligned promotional content and campaigns that support revenue goals.
- Lead the development of visually compelling infographics, brochures, web banners, and other marketing materials tailored to target audiences.
- Oversee social media content planning and execution, ensuring messaging consistency and brand alignment.
- Track and report on campaign performance and team output, leveraging analytics to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Champion brand standards and tone across all external-facing communications and ensure quality control of all content.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and workflows to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners as needed.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in marketing communications, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Demonstrated success in leading marketing communications teams and delivering integrated content strategies across digital and print platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities tailored to various audiences and marketing channels.
- Proficiency in web content management systems and CRMs (WordPress and HubSpot) and analytics tools.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience developing and scaling content channels including LinkedIn, blogs, and e-newsletters.
- A collaborative, proactive leadership style that inspires team engagement, creativity, and accountability.
