Job Description:
We are seeking a High-Rise Project Manager to oversee our high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of high-rise construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-rise buildings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
