With exciting upcoming projects in Fort Lauderdale and downtown Miami, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced High-Rise Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a High-Rise Project Manager to oversee our high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of high-rise construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
