We're looking for a Cleared Configuration Manager to support both development and operations teams by managing and maintaining system baselines across environments (dev, test, production, etc.). You'll play a key role in implementing CM processes, performing change control, and ensuring configuration audits are carried out effectively.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 (Commensurate with experience)

We're looking for a Cleared Configuration Manager to support both development and operations teams by managing and maintaining system baselines across environments (dev, test, production, etc.). You'll play a key role in implementing CM processes, performing change control, and ensuring configuration audits are carried out effectively.
What you'll do:
- Manage hardware and software version control throughout the system lifecycle
- Use CM tools (like DOORS, Eclipse) to track and maintain configuration items
- Develop and enforce CM plans, policies, and procedures based on project needs
- Support build, staging, testing, and integration environments
- Write and maintain build scripts, and integrate them with system processes
- Contribute to change management processes, including serving on the Change Control Board (non-voting/advisory role)
What you bring:
- Bachelor's in a technical or business field (or 4 extra years of CM experience in lieu of a degree)
- 6+ years of CM experience on projects of similar size and complexity
- Experience with automated CM tools and managing baselines
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
- Working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
