Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team, focusing on commercial design projects. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design concepts to life, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs and concepts for commercial projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create tailored design solutions
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and modeling architectural plans
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to design specifications
• Work closely with contractors and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and present detailed project proposals and documentation to clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in architectural design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters in Architecture
• MA Architecture License
• Preferred: NCARB certification
• 7+ years of experience in commercial design as an Architect
• Experience in medical sector design a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Preferred: Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of design concepts and architectural principles
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
